The bulk of boomers are, in fact, awful people. It’s not their age that makes them shitty so ageism doesn’t really apply, it’s just a weak shield against the truth that they’re mostly lead poisoned narcissists.

As a 60yo who would love nothing more than to publish a game, this was a fascinating read.
This is not a story about a small studio in the game industry who kicked out an old person. This is a story about a exec making nearly a million a year upset that he was fired.
As if Microsoft didn’t also let thousands of other people, of different ages, cultures, geographical locations, go as well.
But apparently, this guy gets the microphone.
This story is only tangentially about the guy who got sacked. I’m more interested in what the older industry insiders had to say
