So far this gpu gen has been a disappointment on both sides for me so I hope these next announcements are good.
Keep expectations low and your disappointment will not be as large.
I’d like to upgrade my graphics card, and I’m honestly wanting effectively a 7700xt equivalent. I’d like to not spend over $500, but I’ve got a 5700XT and I don’t want to just go one generation up at this point. So I guess I wait.
I just bought a 6700xt.
Which means you are all welcome for my heroic sacrifice that has made them announce new cards.
I have the 6900xt, it’s a beast :) Had it for a year now or so.

Just happy about amd cards. They are excellent in Linux.
