Shoutout to Ireland for requiring a proof of address through a bill in your name to open a library card. As a rentoid I didn’t have one through years of stay in Ireland. Fuck whoever designs stuff to require proof of address, therefore ensuring the poor may be unable to ever access it.

even more fun is when getting an ID requires proof of address. motherfucker that is my proof of address, and is also required to get an address in the first place
