Only if one of the parents is a citizen. In this case, both parents are on the work visas, so no.
And already had permanent resident applications submitted before the kid was born
Government will always find a way to fuck you over.
Huh I didn’t know that. The kids born here should be enough. I can see the government’s side it’s a big hit to the taxpayers pocket. It’s a shame we don’t have a bunch of robber barren thieves who rape the countries natural resources for cheap to turn profits in the billions who we could tax a bit better to cover it.
