    historical events that Christopher Nolan’s movie omits

    It was already 3 hours long and they barely talked about the Uranium mining, just that it was being done.

    Not sure what they expected Christopher Nolan to do here. The movie focused on Oppenheimer the person. It wasn’t a documentary about the whole project and all its repercussions…

    I guess we should also fault the movie for not really talking about the suffering of the Japanese people as well. 🙄

    Is every movie supposed to cover every issue?
