Asia. China and Japan, I know in particular, go nuts for pay-to-win gatcha mechanics.
Yes, the people willing to pay for them, and the companies happy to take their money.
I mean some fraction of that market is for sure addicted, which possibly stretches the definition of “like”.
Could be fun, probably not something I’ll play for more than a few days though
