It’s just “common sense” to give money to the rich and squeeze the lower and middle class of any societal benefits and affordability.
It’s “common sense” to destroy our environment and continue to prop up and subsidize our coal, oil and gas industries. Green tech isn’t worth the lives we’ll save from reducing Greenhouse-gas and carcinogen output.
It’s “common sense” to shun and shut out any groups we don’t like from opportunity, like immigrants, people that “look like” immigrants, Indigenous people, and non-cishet people.
It’s “common sense” to defund education and public media so that more people blindly vote for populist campaigns like ours, and look down upon the people we tell you to.
It’s “common sense” to buddy up with strong-looking people like Orbán, Xi and Putin.
It’s “common sense” that rich people are benevolent job springs! People should be happy about whatever pittance they’re receiving, and stop whining about their work conditions, safety and pay. They’re just lazy.
It’s “common sense” to bolster the police and prison budget, to arrest all homeless people and people with mental illness. Also, let’s arrest people trying to organize strikes against my favourite companies while we’re at it.
