Does anyone who is in the Cities Skylines 2 community have more information? This article just kind of blames parts of the community for being toxic. Which is often a fine explanation for why an issue gets so much attention, but sometimes its weaponized to cover up for a company actually doing something that would cause arguments online.
The toxicity I have seen came - as usual - from the right who were fretting about the usual “cancel culture is out of control” and “Colossal Order has gone woke” and so on and so forth.
Aw fucking hell.
