I strongly believe that Portugal produces the best talent per capita in the world right now. Yeah France this and Brasil that, but look at the populations of those countries. I’m so deeply proud of players we have produced.

Meu amigo, nós temos um buraco nas laterais, o Royal é provavelmente o menos pior. Acho que Portugal está bem perto do Brasil em produção de talentos.

At least we know who is going to score the winning goal in the Euro 2024 final.

No one knows, Toti might as well be a unicorn. He’s been in every call up for quite a while now but he never plays. We aren’t even sure he really exists.

No. He’s there for what position? Central defender? Dias, Pepe, Silva and Inácio. Left Back? Cancelo and Semedo are in the squad and then we have Nuno Santos and Mario Rui who deserved to be called up (at least now that we’re already qualified).

I don’t think he offers anything different to the squad, and he isn’t better than our current players who are ahead of him (which is why he’s usually left out for the actual game squad).

Someone like Nuno Santos would at least be valuable if Martinez wanted to try something different, like an offensive LWB

But personally I don’t care as much, he’s 100% gone once Nuno Mendes is fit

I think it’s hard to make a top 3 by order but I definitely think France, Portugal and England are in the Top 3 of the best national teams in terms of individual quality and obviously they are are the favorites going into the Euros.

But this means very little of course, nations like Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Croatia can definitely show up and take spotlight when the competition starts
