At the moment I would welcome any form of political organizing in the aims of opposing the current administration. Whether that be from Democrats, centrist Republicans , or even libertarians. I don’t care as long as you aren’t a fucking neonazi. We need a large tent opposition to oppose fascism as a popular front.

I think the problem most people are having with this type of criticism is that it’s aimed at the only tool we currently have to oppose fascism, while not really giving us any other option. All while not even really being critical of the actual problem…the fascist.

The frustrating thing about my fellow leftist that most liberal minded on this site have, is that we seem to spend more time trying to fight liberalism than we do fascism. When history shows that the only real way to defeat fascist is to form a popular front with anyone who isn’t a fucking fascist.

Liberalism isn’t my preferred government choice, but I’ll make nice with anyone willing to throw hands at a fucking Nazi. We can settle our differences when the guys who want to exterminate minority groups have left the chat.

Legality is a matter of judicial opinion and enforcement. It seems that the trump administration is perfectly fine with ignoring the former and the judicial system can’t be asked to perform the latter.

I mean it’s kinda hard to separate from COVID and the set back in their housing market. Basically in an attempt to meet their GDP quotas local governments loaned out way too much money to keep production. So local governments are in a lot of debt which at some point should have cascading effects on the economy.

The sad thing is that a good amount of these guys aren’t actually working for the state. A lot of them are actually immigrants who left Russia for more opportunities, but are still rampant nationalist attempting to damage the countries that gave them a new home.

Yeah… I think some Marshalls are probably going to get fired by some angry judges. The Marshalls are the enforcement arm of the federal courts, they really do not have the jurisdiction to do much without court orders.

Yeap, I just think trump went to Russia and liked how they did things. I think American billionaires see the government as a boss, and they think rich people shouldn’t be able to be told no. They think if there is a hierarchy of power they should get to wield it to do the things they want to do, it shouldn’t ever be wielded against them.

I think that’s why he is generally bewildered when he is still told no, or held accountable, and why he’s so vindictive when he’s told no. He doesn’t really understand why people are allowed to say no, in his head he’s boss of America.

So when he sees Putin getting to do whatever he wants without any resistance, it makes sense to him, and he’s jealous. If Putin is boss of Russia, why can’t I be boss of America?

As I already said, the government has made massive efforts to assimilate the region and have pushed the majority native population away from major cities which are now being used for tourism.

YouTube tourist are not journalist, they are not members of international rights groups. They are still highly restrictive of travel to areas where the vast majority of where the native Uyghur populations were relocated to.
