I am confused between joining the firms as I currently hold 5 years of experience in cyber security specially in SOC. I have been offered a position at Concentrix to join them in Cyber Security Risk and compliance. On the other hand I have a offer from Noida International Airport where position is Cyber Security Head. package has no big difference but I am concerned with learning and work life balance. please guide which company should I prefer.
