With land animals you want to avoid carnivores, especially the livers or you can die from vitamin A poisoning. Omnivores can go either way depending on diet.

Taste wise.
You want to eat fish that eat smaller fish or animals, not scavengers.
With land animals you want to avoid carnivores, especially the livers or you can die from vitamin A poisoning.
Omnivores can go either way depending on diet.
