South Africa tried to use the people of Gaza as legal human shields to protect Hamas’ crimes.
By supporting Hamas, South Africa itself is in violation of the anti genocide convention!

If this case doesn’t go anywhere that the ICJ, ICC and The West as a whole have lost the last bit of credibility they had left. I hope every country in the Global South sees it and decides to say: enough is enough. Because why not? We now see on live tv that The West can do whatever it wants and no one will be held accountable. Words can not describe how disgusted I am by all of this.
