Currently using Voyager as my main app, was just wondering if there was a way to group communities so that I can just scroll through one group at a time. For example, I would have a group just for stock market related communities or a group just for gaming communities. Does this feature exist?

This is more of a support question, related to using Lemmy. Please see the sidebar for a list of communities that offer support, or try the Voyager community. Removing under rule #3.
It does not for now, unfortunately. It is on the roadmap.
