Here’s some data from previous expansions. Combined with the experience that patches generally hit the live servers in the early (UTC) evening hours my guess is between
17:00 UTCand18:00 UTCwhich is late morning (PDT = UTC-7) at ArenaNet in Bellevue, Washington.Thanks for gathering the info. Morning seems likely, since it is the where they have the biggest manpower to monitor the start and come up with fixes for critical problems.
it’s also prime time on EU, gw2 has a lot of EU players so it makes a lot of sense
