      There’s a lot more on the ballots than just the president. Local politicians will probably affect you more than who is in the white house.

      I don’t want to start a debate, but I’ll just say that voting is incredibly important, and the earlier people get involved in the process the more likely they will be to be involved in the process later. Yes, the primaries are more or less decided unfortunately, but that doesn’t mean that we should just lie down and take it either. Vote in the primaries, vote in the general, vote in the local elections, vote every time you get an opportunity to. While we still have the ability to vote, I will in every election I can.

        We also need people to verify their voter eligibility, due to quiet purges by disenfranchisement groups. Might be too late for primaries, but they should have enough time now if people start campaigning.

          Exactly. Parties will be looking at the voter turnout for the primaries and be extrapolating their plans for the general. Prove to them that we’ll be showing up in force
