I’m not so stfu. Housing is allowed as an investment there, the conditions just aren’t conducive to it being profitable. it’s because of a low birth rate (Canada has had that the last decades) and low immigration. We almost had the problem solved and they opened the floodgates because these fucks don’t think Canada is a real country anyways.
