@conditional_soup Yes. When BBC did a documentary on the training programs they literally showed people going to dancing classes and freely returning home. There was heavy surveillance but there are some really freaky Wahabbists out there not sure if you heard about the riot in Urumbi that killed like 200 people. If you were Han or anything in Tibet, or a minority any placd, you could be fruitful and multiply.
