“Chinese Communists destroy villages, turn rural farmers into factory slaves, and hide their trillions in their Swiss bank accounts!”
In the Anglosphere, we call that “Tuesday.” Why is every anticommunist’s worst nightmare about communism just a description of the normal functions of capitalism?
I have never even heard of this happening. Google is not saying much either. I’m pretty sure this is a wholesale lie or just the Dunning-Kruger Effect in action.
No, the CPC does not do that. The capitalist western countries however store their wealth “offshore” where it can best be hoarded, hidden, and untaxed, and they do it all the fucking time in the most heinous ways.
Don’t ever forget the phrase: Every accusation is a confession.
There was a lot of corruption in China before Xi’s anti-corruption campaigns. Now it’s much better, but as you an imagine it’s difficult to create a totally corruption-free society.
To me, what’s really telling is that every Chinese person I’ve talked to, including party members, support the anti-corruption campaigns. Its only critics come from shrill Westoids.

…that’s kinda unforgivable though. Does the CCP really store their wealth in Swiss bank accounts?

It’s a projection as everything westerners ever say about China. They cannot even start to imagine a government that wouldn’t worked like their own.
