    Best case for either: Switch to password only unlock if your situation allows, otherwise, I’d recommend occasionally locking your phone with the methods above. I’m not sure if manually doing it via these methods counts as “tampering” if you know you’re being investigated, that’s why I recommend disabling biometric entirely if possible.
