Along with basically every Asian and middle eastern country, several European and African countries, and a few South American countries. There are a lot of ethnostates in the world. But most of them have been that way for a long time so people just accept it.

An ethnostate isn’t just a country with a majority ethnic group.
It has to explicitly give legal preference to one group over another.
