minus-squareSmk@lemmy.calinkfedilinkarrow-up0·5 months agoI worked at a security firm that did check their code base. One thing that was chilling was that it seemed that the source code was able to remotely execute arbitrary code. It’s more than just stealing your tiktok data.

I worked at a security firm that did check their code base.
One thing that was chilling was that it seemed that the source code was able to remotely execute arbitrary code.
It’s more than just stealing your tiktok data.
You’d think they would have led with that if that were the case.
