Try looking up property listings of so-called haunted places. They still go for millions.

I’m concerned about the liquefied remains of the recently deceased soaking into the house more than any hauntings. Those can actually harbour pathogens.
@ruk_n_rul There are apparently companies and volunteers who specialize in cleaning a house after deaths. I’ve a bit of a morbid curiousity so I know how messy dead bodies can be, lol.
