Within reason. No a McDonald’s worker can’t say I want a base of 300k. They don’t product that type of revenue. I can because I do.
That’s what limits the wages of places like McDonald’s. They can only pay x because they charge x.
I am in good spot as I can demand high wages and produce the results they’re paying for.
