And yes you have to spend it all

Edit: There are a lot of little good things in these answers that I often ignore. Thanks everyone.

    • Convert it into 1,500 pennies
    • Fashion a slingshot from a balloon, tube, and some tape.
    • Have fun shooting cans, balloons, people, etc.

Put it towards a stupid sounding investment scheme that will turn those 15 into 5 within the month

I never had the income to do that. It sounds exciting. It’s like gambling except it’s considered classy instead of trashy.

Fellow lemmings, I, for one, would spend that 15 dollars on a copy of the “Barbie” movie on Blu-ray and digital, because nothing would make me happier.

Probably pay for whatever activity I can afford with 15$ to spend time with my partner. Love her to bits and enjoy every minute I spend with her.

I’d buy you a $15 book on critical thinking, so you could stop and consider that maybe not everyone is a native English speaker, and their syntax may vary.

Otherwise, you’re just making assumptions based on what someone has written. You know, like how many people might assume from your reply that you’re a massive dickhead. Just an assumption of course…

Putting it behind the number makes way more sense though, because you don’t read it as “dollar 15”

So I petition to make it okay to write “15$”

An icecream for me, one for my wife, and enough fuel to drive to the waterfront so we can eat them while sitting at the edge of the pier, swinging our legs.

That’s very sweet. I guess I’d do something similar: buy a crab bucket and a rope, and head down to the waterfront where I’d swim under piers and see how many people’s dangling legs I can hook and pull under with the rope

It depends on what I’m trying to maximize.

If I just want the happiness spike ASAP, then I would just buy $15 worth of Magic cards, or maybe a booster pack or three, depending on the set.

If I’m trying to maximize my overall happiness over any amount of time, I think spending $15 on something reusable, like a nice pair of socks or a hat would work out for me.

If I want to maximize happiness in general, then spending it on someone else I care about does double duty. It makes someone else happy, and I get happiness from being involved in the process.

Darn Tough socks on sale. Merino wool, so you dont have to wash them every time if you use wool wash and air then out (and don’t wear then without shoes (dirt)), and a lifetime warranty. Now that’s a nice $15 pair of socks.

IDK, probably go to the import store near my house and pick up some white rabbit milk candies to start. Then spend the rest on cheap snacks at the dollar store. However much it left, if it’s just change, probably throw downtown where I live because I can guarantee some homeless drug addict might scramble to pick it up.
