Eh, there is some evidence of it occurring here. I think I have seen like 5 or 6 of Ukrainians torturing or killing POWs. If you want, I can go get some links to videos and news articles. It’s pretty rare and seems way more prevalent on the Russian side, and they have committed emasculations and decapitations.

Well maybe. Humans are the worst. However we have evidence that russia is killing more than taking prisoners and kidnapping children.
Also every information we get about this war is most probably placed in the internet on purpose. You can’t trust either Ukraine or Russian news.
