I have been quite dissatisfied with Lemmy clients on Android. UX and UI are hard to get right. I think the easiest way would be to just use Reddit’s app. We can decompile it, replace the domain used by the API with one we control, and just run a proxy on the domain that acts as a compatibility layer from Lemmy API to Reddit API. The app could work just fine. I’m currently working on another Lemmy project right now, but I hope this could get someone inspired

Someone… likes the Reddit app?
What’s wrong with it?
Half the reason I’m here is I refused to use their dog shit mobile app. I’d rather use Firefox to access Lemmy than that shit.
