None of this would be remotely necessary if conservatives weren’t religious zealots dead set on controlling everyone’s lives. A 7 year old should not have to testify in a court room to read some fucking books.
Up to 90 minutes of testifying for a seven-year-old? Jesus christ. I’ve taught seven-year-olds. They need breaks to rest even in a fun educational environment, nevermind being stuck on a witness stand while barely understanding what is happening.
90 minutes excluding breaks. But that’s still a very boring morning for someone that young.
I sure hope that’s broken up with a lot of breaks. Poor kid.

I am impressed that nobody has written The Bible 2, make it sound and look like a serious sequel to the original, but filled with the most nefarious bullshit ever written in human history too, to discredit both of them forever, that’d be so fucking funny
