In many rural areas, it's hard for Arizonans to find legal representation. A new program will allow aspiring lawyers who narrowly miss a passing score on the bar exam to work as apprentices in rural communities before becoming licensed to practice on their own.

    I didn’t mean it was the “lowest bar of entry in the united states”, it was a play on words meaning “to pass the arizona bar exam is the lowest bar of entry to become a practicing arizona attorney”
