I’m sure history is full of people who all of a sudden was given rights because they were so darn polite, but I can’t seem to recall… well, any!

Honestly, what the hell is this person on about, have they any knowledge at all about the civil rights movement?

Wait… explain to me why proving your humanity is a necessary requirement to getting rights? What, because people who are slightly different than you aren’t really people unless they’re calm and collected?

And our humanity’s been categorically ignored through the murders of our leaders, the bombings of our homes, the incarceration and carceral slavery of our youth(if they’re lucky nowadays), and the social/educational/financial leavings of Jim Crow that still perpetuate to this day, so… Boo-hoo. I hope trans folks take it farther; just to see how people like Kasparian will QQ about it.

People who think like this need to read up on what the gov did to the Black Panthers’ free breakfast program for kids. Slander and violent destruction of the BPP’s efforts as a response to feeding children.

As Kwame Ture said (and someone correct me if I’m misusing this out of context): “In order for nonviolence to work, your opponent must have a conscience. The United States has none.”

I never understood why radlibs and socdems watch tyt when sam seder exists, his a lib but atleasts he’s funny and his takes, for a lib, arent terrible. Plus i can see why Emma Vigeland left tyt, that place is getting rough if you support transgender and enbys

I had a brief TYT phase in my youth. I got better. Looking back at them, they are just…yikes. I have actually avoided them since then, but is this actually the position they take on the show?
