Unbelievable! A fascist that was in a lunch with a friendly journalist while his region was being flooded (with a result of over 200 deaths) instead of addressing the crisis, refuses to take responsibility!

6. Off-topic tangents

Stay on topic. Keep it relevant.

7. Instance rules may apply
