    Being able to get an app from the app store and activate a service from it in a few minutes, no need to wait for a physical card to ship.

    Vice versa, you can cancel your service on that app and swap to a new one in a few minutes as well.

      Yes this 100%. When traveling I always use some cheap local esim for internet instead of paying way to much for the international prices from my home carrier.

      Don’t even need an app. I got an eSIM via a QR code (which went to a website where the eSIM was downloaded). This was on a Pixel 6. I guess the process may be different on other phones.
