I missed a good portion of the first 30 minutes, which I think answered most of my questions that I have. I was hoping someone else might have attended the meeting and be able to answer why we’re doing this process again when we already did it six years ago. I’m also wondering about the timeline for the 2017 alternative–I know it has something to do with some CSX project, but why would the 2017 alternative take 20+ years to build? And why did the cost about double from the 2017 report?

I’m hoping to provide some feedback, but that context is important in understanding the new alternative, so I’m hoping someone here knows something.
