    While I agree that the birth rate has been out of control for the last 100 years, and if we had fewer people all these concerns about co2 wouldn’t exist… now that we have all these people, population collapse does pose a risk. We have a lot of systems in place that people depend on to live, and we need people to run those systems. The financial system, think of it what you may, would collapse along with the population and have very real impacts on people’s lives. It won’t be a fun time to be alive.

    But who knows, maybe climate change will push things over the edge before that turns into a real problem.
