Yes I know it’s not AI it’s an LLM/text-to-image model it pains me to say AI too

    The issue is that you and I grew up thinking AI stood for “artificial intelligence”, but the reality is we came up with “automated intelligence” instead.

      Still useful, but apparently it’s not stopping everyone from claiming it’s useless because it hasn’t done the dishes for them already.

      Uhm… Idk for me, AI is an appropriate name

      It’s artificial? Yes

      It’s intelligent? Kind of, like it’s super smart no. But I mean I wouldn’t call it dumb either, there are dumber people out there. Like I feel it has the right amount of if else conditions to be smart/intelligent enough.

      Trying to control language is a stupid pointless task. Words mean what we use them as, and that might not be what they originally meant. IMO machine learning = artificial intelligence.
