    Simplifying the tax code means eliminating loopholes. Eliminating loopholes means they have fewer ways to avoid paying taxes. Fewer ways to avoid paying taxes means it will be easier for the IRS to go after people who outright breaking the law instead of having to figure out what is and isn’t legal based on 70,000+ pages of text filled with gray areas to play in.

    The IRS is trying to cases these companies/people through a maze. It would be a hell of a lot easier to chase them down a hallway.
