The CEO of the corporation I work at took a one month vacation this year and everything was fine. One of our service techs took last week off and every order was late.
I don’t want to overstate my role at my company, they could live without me, but I am definitely in a technical role that would cause months of problems if I were to quit lol it definitely helps during negotiations!
