If you see a picture of brutalized and desecrated infant corpses and are told that the people who perpetrate that behead babies: You saw a picture of beheaded babies. If someone later analyzes that and says they can’t conclusively claim that: You say “Why the fuck did you just spend six hours of your life staring at gore? You are out on leave until you complete a psychiatric evaluation”

They have a history of beheadings, and there were images of babies with burned corpses and bloody sheets. Given that information, it’s not a far leap to see those pictures and thinking you saw a beheaded baby.
