Amazon is the worst store there is when it comes to convenience, the UX is insuferrable. Competitors are years ahead.

Yep the only thing that keeps me ordering from Amazon is when I want something immediately I or the next day. Living in a large city I can get a lot of things the same day or the next day first thing in the morning since there are distribution centers 20 miles away from me. If it wasn’t for the speed, I’d be find never ordering from Amazon again.
