Does anyone know of a tool that downloads from Usenet with prowlarr or jackett and then provides the files as a download from your own server? Preferably with automatic deletion after a few days?

Doesn’t auto-delete, but you can point Nextcloud to your library folder as an “external share” (that’s a plugin you need to enable), allowing downloads and manual deletion.
