Yeah, you can basically install any app in Work Mode. It’s another user profile on your phone. You can also freeze apps you aren’t using. I have a bunch of privacy invading but some times useful apps installed and I unfreeze them one at a time to use when I need.

You will want to drive the gas part every few weeks. The belts and wires can corrode from non-use. Also, the various fluids in a gas car will disintegrate even if not used so… checking the fluids and changing them is a must before a long trip.
