Started off feeling really strong, but found myself dropping a lot of stuff. On the fence about Dedede Demons since it feels like it could be interesting or just boring bait. This season of Yuru Camp /_\ has been good. Not as strong as S1 but much more fun than S2. 7th Prince toes a line but has been fun. Jellyfish Can’t Swim is really good though maybe one or two clunky episodes. Re:Monster started off interesting but by episode 2 or 3 it was clearly an edgy self insert desire fest built on rape and ‘hur hur me MC’, so… fuck that show.

I’ve watched maybe 60 to 70% of what has aired this season and it’s been an okay season anime. Some surprises and returns to excellence (Sound! being back was nice). But also a lot of unmemorable shows that hovered around a 5 or 6.

I’d never watch something you’re not into. It’s just miserable to force yourself to watch a show you don’t like. Juat because you read a manga doesn’t mean you should or need to watch its anime.

To help with smell in the washer we keep the liquid soap tray open after we finish using it. And leave the lid open most of the time. It seems to keep humidity down and the smell went away almost instantly.

Feels very far right psy-op focused honestly. These memes all started popping up as soon as Trump and co started railing against her. Sure she has made comments about using jets and then does the opposite, but like it’s obviously going to happen. Notice these same people don’t talk about musks rampent jet usage. Or other celebrities. But again soon as the far right starts going after Swift we get inundated in these swift jet memes.

Wondering if it’s not that healing magic is bad but they wanted to protect from Rose maybe? But the way they tried to show that felt really weird.

The basic answer is to control people and build targets for them to go after. As gay and lesbians were gaining more rights, see: marriage equality, the GOP/Republicans/Neo-Nazi elements that were beginning to gain power needed a new target. So they settled on trans people and started pushing the bullshit idea that they’re all pedophiles and mutilators of children’s genitals.

The science and standards of care do not allow for what the right is claiming. They just needed an easy villain and since their base is full of people who are easily manipulated with fear trans people were the perfect target. Why? Because trans people make up like .03% of the population so most of these people have never met one.

Hard to get into everything as I’m on my phone, but yeah. I’m trans myself but even if I wasn’t I would be able to see that their claims are absolute BS.

Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid falls into the fantastical slice of life genre. Interviews with Demi-Girls is probably another one in terms of the setting. Unfortunately a lot of others would be isekai. Campfire Cooking in Another World would be one such isekai. Can’t remember the others without getting on my comp.

It goes beyond tax money, but that’s a part of it for sure. Gambling in the USA at least helps prop up the ‘American Dream’ by keeping the under privileged poor and in-debt. Because at any minute they could become mega rich! Except they won’t especially as the addiction will tell them to double down and make them lose it all.

The humor here is just right for me. Tearmoon is probably in my top 4 of each week and this week did a great job of ‘why’ that is for me. Sure it’s tropey in that she did what she didn’t want to do, but it’s the way she tries to overcome those situations that are great. And the absolute sass at the end.

Ah yeah that’s it. I’d had no issues with it, but I bet it’s getting flagged on YT even though they’re getting those sought after clicks and such. Cause I’d never click on an ad of my own choice.

I assume it’s uBlock Origin. I have that and another one that I can’t remember the name of, but it ‘clicks ads’ and you don’t see them. I disabled uBO and left the other running. Worked fine for a few videos Sunday but Monday it was throwing the ‘you can’t use an ad blocker’ again.

But I’d wager just about anything that affects YT on your end will throw that message at this point since they desperately want people to pay for premium or watch 3min of ads per 5min video.

Curious if the show will have a twist. But even if it’s just the MC enjoying a good game I’m fine with that too.

I haven’t picked a weapon skin yet, but the random drop was an ice dagger. Not sure on the name of it. Feel like I will pick a 2H of some kind though. Since they’re easier to see.

I’ve watched the 12 available episodes of Helck and yeah it’s just not for me. Feel the world building stuff with a lot of hints about big stuff (time travel is the one I’m most curious about) but don’t think I can get through the second cour.

I’ve loved “Undead Murder Farce”. It feels like that 2010ish BBC Sherlock Holmes meets supernatural creatures and I love it for that. Vending Machine was goofy fun but not the best show of the season for me.

“Helck” is probably my biggest miss. Went in blind and each episode felt pointless in terms of pacing or episodic resolution. The jokes weren’t landing for me either, but that was me.

Appreciate that. I should try to get back out there but it’s a hurdle I can’t get past. My transition has stalled out due to a bunch of physical and mental health issues. And as a jobless shut in it’s basically impossible to address those issues where I live. I’ve got a lot of good qualities but yeah the bad feel like no one could deal with. But that’s just my opinion.

I’m not really sure. It’d depend on their personality and such since I have no sexual attraction to penis which means sex is a no. Which is the same issue that a cis lesbian is going to have and I am understanding of that. Other elements impact it that have nothing to do with a person trans status or lack of.

I’m not saying all cis lesbians are out there shitting on trans women. It’s honestly likely a minority. But they are going to seek out a partner that matches their personal criteria and I’m understanding of that.

At this point I’ve had to give up on love. Sure it’d be great but I’m a realist. At least I’m not an incel lol No one owes me a relationship.
