Seems like the RTO was rushed and mishandled for some reason. I can only guess they wanted to punish the unionizers or just do a major layoff without calling it a layoff.

Damn. I am on the same boat and planning to try and get refunds this week. The resort already offered a credit for up to 2 years but I don’t want a credit, just a refund. How is it going for you?
