Bruh the more light we can shed on media literacy in this election year the better…
I’m gonna say SI
Or why not just seconds past the epoch?
The meme is flexible. Your attitude is not
Gnome 2 was great and I wish MATE got more attention
Its clearly for people who want to track large vessels as they travel through tight shipping lanes
I’ve seen that claim a couple of places and would like a source. It very well may be since Microsoft prefers Debian based systems for WSL and for azure, but its not something I would have assumed by default
I was literally compiling this library a few nights ago and didn’t catch shit. We caught this one but I’m sure there’s a bunch of “bugs” we’ve squashes over the years long after they were introduced that were working just as intended like this one.
The real scary thing to me is the notion this was state sponsored and how many things like this might be hanging out in proprietary software for years on end.
Can’t wait for all the fun memes at c/valdeez_nutz
Soothing white noise that helps you sleep
They removed support for their own markup language and then closed a bunch of the “please give us markdown support” tickets as completed like a bunch of dumb, dumb, dingleberries
Applause to them, even if that’s all they’re doing. For personal computing you can basically always count on Pop!_os to work no matter your hardware configuration (within reason, 32-bit machines aren’t really something you need to consider anymore)
You know how every single industry is decaying and getting worse because organizations don’t value the people who do the work and just amass wealth in the upper echelons of the enterprise?
Well they’re doing it in the aerospace industry, too
Pop!_os ships with specific kernel tweaks to make it play nicer with GPUs
Mints default channel is based on Ubuntu LTS
If those are the performance metrics you care about you’re probably not thinking about personal computing. In which case, in business terms, Linux is 100% the elephant in the room of cloud computing
What distro were you using? This sounds like a possible Wayland issue
Most if not all modern authoritarians profit off doom
