If I’m not mistaken System76 has coreboot. They used to block all Intel ME but ran into issues so now they block most Intel ME.
There is an app for android called Thunder that can do this.
That sucks but as long as Google allows the Pixel line to install GrapheneOS - I’ll always buy a Pixel.
I tried to install using a Chromebook which failed. Next, I tried my tablet, nope. I had to buy a Windows laptop to get it done. If you have a real computer, you should be fine.

It’s very easy to install GrapheneOS. All the instructions are laid out on their site. There are two options CLI or a web installer.
Pixel 6a. Changed the OS to GrapheneOS. This is the best phone I’ve owned.

It has a keyword filter which is probably my favourite feature.
Nitter should be able to convert a Twitter feed to rss. I do this with a number of Twitter accounts I follow. I’m not sure how a webcomic will look in rss.
I typically ignore anyone speaking a language I don’t understand, this of course includes babble and gibberish.
I have feeds for world news, science, privacy, tech. Recently, I started following a few local government departments via Nitter. Its pretty easy to do.
