Lol what a load of corporate propaganda. Almost everyone in my building are in office 3 days a week after being fully remote for years and everyone hates coming in. Nobody is depressed or stressed and if all of us were missing deliverables we’d be out of work fast. I’m willing to bet it’s a similar story across multiple industries.
