Has anyone tried with controller? Is it decent? This game has been on my radar for a while, but I’m hesitant because I want to play with controller, and it looks like a lot of menu.

Alabama update.
I remember loving the first one on my PSP way back.
I’m a PC player but I always wonder when people have this take. I dislike, hugely, their treatment of fans in the preservation space. However, as a company they seem to not do big layoffs, rarely buy companies or IP, and have a history of leadership falling on their swords (financially) during hard times to keep their employees.
I don’t dislike them as a whole because of those elements that are dead at large.
I could be wrong, I’m not deeply knowledgable outside of a handful of articles over the years.
I would rank Microsoft way worse though and I used to be in their ecosystem as a big fan. Biggest pusher of owning nothing.
…will launch on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC this August. More specifically, it hits PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC (via Steam) on August 1. …
Reminds me of when we had to grade each other’s homework as a kid. Minimum word counts.
I hope your right. My experience in life has been people will constantly loosen what they find acceptable and it does not stay contained but spreads. 😟
I either use Firefox or LibreWolf. I was just conversing.
The new Declarative Net Request API is still a downgrade in capability compared to the older API, but the feature gap has closed significantly. If a certain website finds a workaround for ads that Manifest V3 extensions can’t block, then you probably should just switch browsers or stop going to that site. I would like to see the rules limit continue to increase, though.
Isn’t that most of the web?
I enjoyed the article. I don’t think it’s coincidence that Google is going after adblockers at the same time as this is happening, despite suggested improvements that will come along with Manifest V3.
It could make things more secure from malicious extensions but in my experience people who install extensions tend to be a bit more savvy and people who aren’t savvy tend to not use extensions. That’s just my experience though.
I do think people should get paid for efforts so we can keep nice things that could be getting served to us by a small team. Websites I frequent for gaming info for example. But I only found those places by searching and sifting through sites with poor morals and I need a way to browse safely for that.
If it can be done in the goaled 25, that would be great. Ubisoft has a history of making their games take way too much time for my liking. It all starts to overstay its welcome.
I’ve only tried Dark Souls once and my game kept reloading itself right before my death. Haha. I do plan to give Elden Ring a go though and would love to try Bloodborn if it ever came to PC.
If it helps, I think your in the majority. I have a feeling it’s one I will drop after level cap. You never know though. I was one of ten people who played Warhammer Online until the doors closed.
I’ll have a reason to try it out. As an outsider, it looks like the game is a testing spot for their next MMO but The Elder Scrolls Online has excellent controller support and I would love to see more. I had hoped it would be Guild Wars 2, but at least this gives me confidence the LotR MMO will have controller support.
I just hope they leave the current LotR MMO alone. It’s not my game but those people are so so very nice each time I try it.
Yeah, but no one will hop on irc or mumble to hang out these days.
I’m not saying this is a good thing, I’m just saying I thought everyone already knew this with Steam.
I really like the art style and animations. I like the soft-touched looks to things and the unique characters.
Unless gaming and using multiple monitors. That was my experience after a couple of months. Fedora, a few weeks in, has made things lot smoother. Otherwise though, Mint was great and with further Wayland I could see me use it again.
The recent London video from three weeks ago is approaching 400k views. Searching Fallout 4, “10 Hidden Mechanics in Fallout 4” from a day ago has 250k views.
I’m stoked for London but I think most people are just pumping it up from the show. Which is good because I just finished the show and I need more.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they assigned another studio to make another Fallout already.
As someone newer who has only used Ubuntu and Mint, what do you get elsewhere?
It looks more like multiple companies were needed to pin the individual. I don’t expect any company to not comply with legal requests. My understanding is this is why it’s important to know what information a company retains.
For my own use, I have used Proton just to mitigate being a source of ad info and to get better service. I’m not interesting enough to overthrow anything.
All of my local gyms in my last 3 areas have been super pricy. Like $75-$150 a month. It may not seem high, but when you can get a franchise membership for $10-$30, it’s a hard sale.
I have had luck with specialty stuff though. Yoga is common to have discounts and decent pricing if that’s anyone’s jam.
FUTO Keyboard. Its newer. Still needs improvements to gesture typing. Overall I like it.
