I don’t see politics as much since I blocked many communities from lemmy.world, including politics, news, people twitter, and of course political memes. IMO “scaled”, or “hot” sorting should be default or something cause the “All” page was almost always American politics from these subs because of the high votes. In the last 3 months it went down by about 10,000 users. Comparing with the rate of increase in total Lemmy users, active user rate should have at least been stable. I guess we will have to wait for reddit to fuck up again for another influx. And Lemmy is only getting better with time so probably on every influx more users are going to stay.

I know its everyone’s personal choice and all that but in my opinion people should stop using chromium engine browsers. It was a good engine however the fact that chromium has the majority users is the only thing holding lazy developers from porting websites to work with other browser engines gives google more control.
