What’s wrong with bugs? They’re cool, while a made up string of characters (that sounds good) might be better I don’t see what’s wrong with using an uncommon scientific name. Then again being honest is likely helpful.

People tell me that irl rather than online :/
Nuh uh. They snuck the astronauts into the Star Trek sets at night and used the transporters obviously. They knew the props wouldn’t have been convincing enough…
Nasm programmers probably think that is old code that you commented out.
Also each line starts with a semicolon and you have to escape spaces in strings using a double forward slash
Lead pipes were probably more of a concern but cars are tasty too.
Wrong Venus I’m afraid.
I doubt it would actually be a stethoscope then though. Maybe something to gather the sap or to see below the bark but a stethoscope wouldn’t help with that. My new favourite is asking GitHub copilot (which I would not pay for out of my own pocket) why the code I’m writing isn’t working as intended and it asks me to show it the code that I already provided.
I do like not having copy and paste the same thing 5 times with slight variations (something it usually does pretty well until it doesn’t and I need a few minutes to find the error)
Sounds more like a flamingo than a bug.

I do believe 88 was just 2x the 8th letter of the alphabet which is H, which was short for what they say in the Hitlergruß.
This is a perfectly reasonable explanation to me and fits too well for this to seem like a coincidence.
Is it a chain though? I think it’s more of a branching network that (almost?) always is stopped at quantum physics and it’s theories or some form philosophy.
