Interesting. Thank you!
Interesting. Thank you!
Please elaborate.
Pretty sure any dairy product and any meat is a non-Kosher combination. I’m not an expert, though.
Well, that makes it a lot easier. Thanks!
Yeah, but to eat Kosher you can’t serve meat and cheese together. If you go to a Kosher deli in New York, for example, if you want cheese on your sandwich they’ll serve you the cheese on a separate plate. You have to put the cheese on yourself.
So, what’s on the burgers isn’t considered “cheese”, or it IS cheese, but served on the side, or McDonald’s just said “fuck it” and serves cheeseburgers that aren’t Kosher. My guess is #1. It isn’t technically “cheese”, but some sort of “processed cheese food” crap. They already do that with their milkshakes, which don’t actually contain any milk.
They probably get away with it because it isn’t really “cheese” as people define it.
When I started typing, I thought that was a joke, but now I’m genuinely curious.
McDonald’s is gross. This is probably the most severe consequence that the IDF will ever pay.
I had the idea (source: fictional TV) that ALL cops had to be trained at a police academy before becoming cops. That’s not the case?
Everything it says is shit
lol good answer
How difficult is it not to act on your feelings? How angry do you get at (god, nature, the universe, whatever) for burdening you with something so universally reviled?
I gotta admit, I’m a little freaked out, but your tone and straightforward honesty has helped quite a bit.
I’m sure the feds are asking where and from whom he got it. They’ve got a lot of leverage now.
As for how they found it, they probably had a warrant to search all his electronic devices for other domestic terrorism stuff. Whoops! Looks like he ignored the “only break one law at a time” rule.
First, according to the family, the Russian bank where they moved the proceeds from selling their farm and belongings? It immediately froze their assets.
The parents (but not the kids) deserve it. They’re also doing a great job of showing their kids what extremist ideology gets you.
In 1778, Court of Session judges ruled that slavery was incompatible with Scots Law. This ruling meant Knight could not be made to carry out tasks for Wedderburn or be taken back to Jamaica against his will.
Awesome. Knight is a hero.
The only good thing to come out of this is that the cop quit. I hope he’s billed for the damage to the car anyway.
You provide an excellent example regarding training requirements. As part of those, I would also like to include safe use and home storage.
Yes, I’m American.
People with second amendment bumper stickers on their trucks seem to selectively forget the “well regulated” part.
You nailed it. That’s why I put “okay” in quotes. Those laws exist for a reason, and lionizing cops who break the law only teaches the public to accept that lawbreakers are okay if they’re on Team Good.
Unfortunately, what the government calls “good” and what you and I call “good” are often different things.
That’s “okay”, though, because we, the viewers, often know that the suspect is guilty. The cops still come off as good (and smart, with good intuition as well) because we know for certain that they’re doing the “right” thing.
I’m glad he took a moment to specify the difference between pessimism and doomism.
I readily admit that I’m a quiet pessimist… but I also hope I’m wrong, and I still think we should do everything possible to combat climate change.
